If you order from here expect a long wait for decent pizza, but nothing that is worth the wait. Digorino's is about the same level, cheaper and hell of a lot faster.
I always enjoy going to Sandy's. They have a great atmosphere. They also make some of the best pizza's and strom's in my area.
Ordered delivery from here a couple of times and every time the order is expected to take 45-60 minutes. Cool. However, every time it takes over an hour and we typically have to call back to alert them we never recieved our order. The wait is okay because we're a little further away, but waiting almost double the expected time is a little absurd. Each time we recieve an apology which is nice and typically we're understanding. However, 3 for 3 on our orders, again, is absurd.
The Lunch buffet didn't have anything added the 30 minutes I was there. Looked like leftover party Pizza, still in the box (Really!) and it was cold, stroms were burnt crisp. Salad was brown. Been going almost every Friday for many years. Worst meal I've ever had. Restaurant is going downhill, don't plan to go back. Waste of time and money.
After having issues management contacted us ask us to try them again and we did on Sunday. Food was hot fresh and great. Had it again today and was delicious. Keep up the great food we are back for sure. It nice to see you care about your customers and listen.
Have ate here several times and it is always a clean fun environment. Love all the nostalgia hanging all over the place and of course the pizza pies and other food are the best around. Keep up the great food!!
